• How do i pay?
    On our website, you can choose from the following online credit card payment methods: Shop Pay and G Pay. In our webshop you can pay online by credit card, which is done through the Shopify payment gateway / system. Shop Pay is one of the most secure online credit card payment providers in the world. To use online credit card payment, you must provide your credit card number, expiration date, and the three-digit CVC code on the back. Don't worry, we won't have access to the data you provide here in any way.
  • DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
    Yes, we offer FREE SHIPPING if the delivery address is in England.
  • HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
    We ship orders within a business day that contain only products that are in stock with us and we receive the order by noon. All products in stock will be delivered to the specified address within 1 to 3 working days within England, and 2 to 4 for other regions in the United Kingdom. If the ordered product is not in stock, the delivery time is 2 weeks. In case of home delivery, we recommend that you enter a delivery address where the courier will surely find you between 9:00 and 17:00.
  • WHAT DOES A WORKING DAY MEAN?
    We count working days from Monday to Friday, unless the holiday falls on a weekday due to some holiday or other reason.
  • IF I ORDER PRODUCTS OUT OF STOCK, HOW MANY DAYS WILL THEY BE DELIVERED?
    If the product is in the manufacturer's warehouse (in 99% of cases), we can send the package within 10 working days. In rare cases, our inventory information is incorrect, in which case we will notify you immediately by phone or email.
  • IF I REQUEST A PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED TO THE COUIRER PACKAGE POINT, WHEN CAN I PICK IT UP?
    The package can be picked up from the morning of the day after dispatch at the parcel point you have indicated.
  • I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PRODUCT, I WANT IT TO BE REPLACED.
    Write an email to info@iqdistributions.co.uk with your order ID and send some photos of the product showing the damage. We will then contact you and arrange a replacement.
  • THE PACKAGE DELIVERED BY THE COURIER HAS A VISIBLE DAMAGE OR FRACTURE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
    If there is a minor dent or crease on the box, there is probably no problem with the product. However, if you see any damage to the box that makes it possible that the product may have been damaged, do not receive. Post a report with the courier about the damaged package, take some photos of it and send it to us.
  • IS THERE A WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCTS?
    Yes. All Iris Ohyama household or small appliances are warranted for 2 years in the event of a defect. In this case, the customer must return the defective product to us so that we can replace it if it can no longer be repaired. The Warranty does not cover cases of breakage or damage due to the fault of the customer.
  • A DIFFERENT PRODUCT WAS SENT INSTEAD OF WHAT I ORDERED.
    While we try to make sure everyone gets what they ordered, unfortunately, tens of thousands of products and thousands of orders a month can sometimes slip into error. Write an email to our info@iqdistributions.co.uk address giving your order ID and write what you received instead. We will arrange a return and deliver the correct product as originally ordered.
  • I ACCIDENTALY ORDERED THE WRONG PRODUCT, I WANT A REPLACEMENT. WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT?
    If you have received the product in your order, but would like to exchange it for something else, please email info@iqdistributions.co.uk with your order ID and write which product you would like to exchange for. It is important to write the article number of the products, you will find this on the product page in the webshop, so that misunderstandings can be avoided. You will then need to deliver the product to our office, this can be done by post or courier. In this case, the postage for the return and the second shipment must be borne by you, because it is not our fault that the product must be replaced.
  • UNTIL WHEN CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
    If we have not yet handed it over to the courier service, we can make changes to the package. It’s usually still time until noon, but the sooner you notify us, the easier it will be for us to change your order.

  • I RECEIVED THE PACKAGE, HAVEN'T USED IT, BUT I WOULD RATHER CANCEL THE ORDER. WHAT TO DO?
    No problem, return the package and as soon as you arrive (and did not use the products), we will refund the purchase price after receiving and inspecting the package. It is important that you write an email to info@iqdistributions.co.uk in which you provide your order ID and write that you cancel your purchase. This will speed up our work and minimize any mistakes.
